Where is the pizza workshop held?
Our classes take place in Hamm, Luxembourg City, which is easy to reach by public transport.
What will I learn during the session?
You’ll learn to make authentic Neapolitan pizza (or as close as possible) in a home kitchen. Topics include: dough, toppings, tools, and baking techniques.
What can I expect from the pizza-making workshop?
Our hands-on classes guide you through crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas from scratch in a fun group setting. It is very interactive, in the end you will be making your own pizza.
How much does it cost for a Team Building Pizza Workshop?
Prices vary due to the size and requirements of each group. Contact us and we can provide you with a detailed answer.
How long does the class last?
The class usually lasts three hours, which includes plenty of social time while everyone is making their pizza.
Can you offer the class in French, German or Luxembourgish?
Sorry, my pizza making skills are much more advanced than my linguistic skills so I can only offer the class in English.
Can you accommodate food allergies?
For the most part yes except for gluten. Since most of the pizzas the class will make themselves, they get to decide what they put on their pizza. This allows them to avoid anything they are allergic to. For the lactose intolerant I can provide some low lactose and lactose-free cheeses. Please be sure to let me know of any allergies in advance.
Can you accommodate vegetarians or vegans?
Yes, but they should know that a selection of meat and cheese will be available for the other participants. There are a lot of pizzas you can make that are vegan and many more that are vegetarian.
